Such an integration helps us to produce the finest quality knitted and woven garments conforming to world standards.

Our spinning unit ensures the production of yarn which meets global standards.

We have the most modern knitting machines which produce flawless fabrics. Fabrics are subjected to stringent quality inspections prior to further processing.

With our cutting edge facilities, we ensure accurate colour matching from batch to batch. Each dyed batch is also carefully monitored and tested for colour fastness with a wet and dry analysis.

We are able to fulfil all our compacting requirements with the latest versions of Tubetex Compacting Machines at our disposal.

World class testing equipment and highly qualified technicians help us maintain our very high standards. Each lot is checked for colour fastness, abrasion resistance and shrinkage prior to conversion. We also ensure that dimensional stability and cross staining on finished garments meet the required standards. Colour matching is done by Gretag Macbeth to ensure accuracy.

The Lectra and Gerber cutting machines support our long line sewing facility with more than 7000 sewing machines. Thus we make sure that our garments meet world class standards.

Our " Lilly Labels " is India's first Oeko-Tex certified and Tirupur's first label manufacturing unit. With our latest 12 colour, fully computerised label machinery we guarantee that the quality of our labels will equal that of the garments we produce.
